At the Carnegie Institution with Konstantin Soukhovetski and Naomi Chung

We are pleased to report that our fourth annual winter gala was an explosive success. Held at the Carnegie Institution of Washington on Thursday, December 6th, the evening featured a private recital by Russian-born, Juilliard-trained pianist Konstantin Soukhovetski, who wowed the audience with a lush, varied program, from the dream-like compositions of Philip Glass to the methodical beauty of J.S. Bach. Guests were then treated to an art exhibit and champagne reception featuring the impressionist landscapes of award-winning Korean-American painter Naomi Chung.

We are incredibly thankful to our reception host, WilmerHale LLP, and our patrons, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and The Raben Group, for making this event possible. We are also very thankful to our community sponsors, the Hispanic Bar Association of D.C., the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of D.C., and the South Asian Bar Association of D.C.

Special thanks are due to Mauricio Cuevas of for the lovely photos of the event featured below.
